Violet Griffith is an international Board Certified Lactation Consultant with advanced knowledge and skills in guiding and mentoring expecting and new mothers in de-mystifying breastfeeding and achieving their lactation goals. A dedicated and compassionate practitioner utilizing diverse training, skills and experience as a Public Health Professional, Trained Teacher, Registered Dietitian to tailor and target evidence-based information to prevent, recognize and solve breastfeeding issues

It is my job to guide. Together we will achieve:

• Pre and Postnatal lactation preparation

• Optimal nutrition for mother and her baby

• Empowerment and inspiration along the breastfeeding journey

• Targeted care plans

• Building and management of milk supply and breastfeeding challenges

• Confident, supportive fathers

• Anticipatory guidance on issues relating hands-on care

• Confidence in issue relating to adequacy of milk supply, effective latch, adequate weight gain, improving comfort with breastfeeding after C-section, coping with physical and emotional barriers to breastfeeding.
